Who are our volunteers?

Our volunteers are from many different demographics, with the one thing in common being that we want the best for all of the students of Wabash County. All of our volunteers are background checked, so that any parent can feel safe sending their students into any of our programming.

What makes a good volunteer?

There was a study done a while back that asked this exact question. Is it a specific personality type? How good you are at keeping up with what is “in?” Not at all! The number one determiner of effectiveness when working with students is TIME. That is right. If you have the time to spend building into students, then you can help in ways you cannot even imagine!
